Meet the Team
Eleanor Leech
Eleanor is senior optometrist at Trotters and has been here since 1997. She is the third generation of her family involved with Trotters since her great uncles took over from John Trotter in 1939! She has an extra independent prescribing diploma so can issue NHS prescriptions if required for eye problems.
Eleanor’s favourite frames: “I love my Lindbergs, having had over 10 pairs over the years, my latest ones are a gorgeous turquoise colour. I love that they are light but strong and come in hundreds of style and colour combinations”
Neil Marsh
Neil has worked in optics for many years, and has been at Trotters since 2013. He will advise you on lenses and frames to ensure you end up with some amazing new eyewear.
Neil’s favourite frames: Barton Perreira. “This range is great quality and very wearable. I especially love them this year as they feature in the new Bond film”
Lisa Macdonald
Lisa is our optical assistant and it’s Lisa’s friendly face that will greet you as you come in to the practice. She will welcome you in and make sure you are well looked after. Lisa also likes to keep things running smoothly in the practice whether that be in person or on the phone.
Lisa’s Favourite Frames: “I have had a few different frames over the years and my Barton Perreira specs have been the most comfortable to wear out of them all. Would recommend to anybody!”
